Peer Work Group Evaluation Form (Confidential)

Each group will work together on the assignment and the final project will be graded as one entity. Each member of the group will then be awarded all or only a portion of that final grade as their individual grade (worth 20% of course grade) based upon each member’s participation and level of effort.

Group work is difficult in an online environment. Interaction is critical to success as is timeliness. There are chat rooms and discussion forums available for each group. I highly recommend that you communicate via one of these forums so I can form my own opinions about group interaction.

Please submit one assignment per group. The assignment should be professional in appearance and free from errors. Please submit the assignment to the Group Project- FinalReport in Module 7.

In addition to the submitted assignment, each member of the group is required to submit a copy of the below evaluation. This form will be used, in conjunction with my observations, to assesseach member’s contribution and participation.

Failure to provide this form,by Tuesday of Module 8, will result in 5 points being deducted from your individual grade.
