Read this recent article in Bloomberg about Virtual Influencers (and conduct additional research). How might AI and computer generated ‘people’ impact the future of marketing. What new opportunities will arise and what professions might disappear? What are possible pros/cons?

Use course concepts to defend your position. Be as creative as possible, while at the same time, weave together concepts related to major themes in the class such as leadership, employee selection and socialization, motivation and rewards, interpersonal influence, group dynamics, organizational change, innovation, and organizational culture.

No newspaper or Internet sources may be used but will not be accepted as a scholarly source, including Wikipedia. Professional trade magazines (e.g. Businessweek, Fortune, Harvard Business Review, etc.) may be used, but will not count toward the required scholarly references.
A Reference List is required; appropriate tables and figures may be used when warranted, but not included in final page count.
Section headings must be incorporated throughout.
