Companies which utilize content development from companies such as Coreaxis, Infopro Learning, CAVEO Learning and NIIT, Cross Knowledge among others, can lend authenticity to training and development for the employees.
In a 2019 list of Top of Companies for Assessment and Evaluation displayed training tools from companies such as Korn Kerry, BTS, Center for Creative Learning, GP Strategies. These organizations helped the major companies create various assessment matrixes to accurately evaluate the value of its human capital (employees).

Select one of the top companies to research that no one else chose. Visit the company’s website, use a web search engine, or look for references of the company publishing on training, T+D tools. You are required to determine whether the company utilizes (LXP, technological, technical, content development or even online training tools). Based on your research, complete a 10 slide PowerPoint presentation. The two central points to discuss are:
A) Describe the training tools used by the organization and the efficacy of the training tools. B) Explain the relationship between training and the company’s employment competitiveness, how the business goals are achieved through effective training.
