The methods used will purpose to find the procedure of conducting the intermitted fasting diet that will help people in the United States to manage their weight and evade diseases such as diabetes type 2 and obesity.  The need for an intermitted fasting diet is universal, particularly in the united states, where there is a large population of overweight persons who need bodyweight management. 

The research will entail the qualitative review in correspondence to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) (Ganesan, Habboush, & Sultan 2018). The research methodology mentioned above will  utilize both randomized and non-randomized controlled trials (Patterson 2015). Indeed, it will involve exposing some people to these categories of weight management styles and watching their responses. A group of people, particularly the overweight people ranging between ages 18-28, will be chosen randomly and exposed to the clinical intervention, the intermitted diet patterns (Wilson et al. 2018).

 Similarly, the research will use the non-randomized controlled method to allow participants to choose the groups of their choice . The appropriate search engines such as PubMed, Clinical Key, and Google Scholar will be used to provide essential data that can be reviewed to make the method used workable (Arnason, Bowen & Mansell 2017).  The methods will seek to look into parameters of Body Mass Index (IBM) in which the food patterns provided will improve the insulin resistance, adipokine concentration and the glycerol control (Cho et al. 2019). The three metabolic processes are essential in maintaining body weight and reducing maladies such as obesity. Obesity emanates from extremes of fats in the body (Cho et al. 2019). The calorie restrictions keep the weight of the body at manageable levels and reduce the incidences of obesity.

The Intermitted Fasten Diet will also enhance insulin resistance and operations. The sample population will be expected to show a significant change in insulin resistance. The IFD regulates the metabolism of glucose in the body (Cho et al. 2019). Without the proper glucose elucidation, the insulin sensitivity of skeletal muscle emanates without the insulin’s appropriate functioning. When the operation of the insulin is compromised, the amount of glucose in the body is challenged, and the people become vulnerable to diabetes 2 (Cho et al. 2019).

The application of the methods addressed will be made with considerations of the ethical values and effects on the sampled populations (Rahbar et al. 2019). Indeed, while the intermitted diet may be essential, it may affect the sample population and may depict what may transpire to the general public (Kavitha, Yacob, H., &Senan, 2018). As a result, the methods’ application will consider the health of the patients and how well the alteration of meals and eating patterns will change the image (Handuet al. 2017). The responsible health institutions and experts will be involved by the researchers to advise on the appropriate measures to put in place to ensure the health of the involved members (Harris et al. 2018). Such will provide the methods used, and the results realized follow a plausible approach and have valid data needed.
