This is a rebuttal with a constructive argument as to why William Jefferson Clinton should not be added to a second edition of Presidential Greatness book written by Landy & Milkis.
Some of his accomplishments are below, but this needs to be a rebuttal with a constructive argument as to why he should NOT be added.

Signed the Brady Bill into law, which imposed a 5-day waiting period on the purchase of all new handguns.
First president to appoint openly gay members to administration and first president to champion gay rights.
First President in history to appoint a racially diverse cabinet and nominate a record number of black and Hispanic federal judges.
Signed the Children’s Health Insurance Program into law, which offered healthcare for millions of children of working families, who did not qualify for Medicaid. CHIP continues to provide healthcare for millions of children decades after it was enacted.
Received highest approval rating, while in office, of 73% after impeachment.
Not only balanced the federal budget, but also left office with a federal surplus of over $230 billion, not seen in decades prior or the two decades since.
Left office with an approval rating of 68% in 2001 and continues to rank in the top 20 of the greatest U.S. Presidents, according to Gallup polls.
