Case Questions:
At the end of the case, founders Zochowska and Dudzic are considering their global strategy options for GLOV. For this case write-up, be sure to address the following questions.
What are the strengths and weaknesses of Phenicoptere?
What are the main barriers to Phenicoptere’s internationalization?
How can Phenicoptere grow globally? Which modes of foreign market entry are available to the firm?
Should Phenicoptere partner with Armelle S.A.?
Case write-ups should begin with an executive summary (one full paragraph) that highlights the major issues discussed in the case and the structure of your analysis.
The write-up should first briefly describe the situation/problem at hand (company/companies involved, what is the issue, etc.).
Then, you should describe any information that you have considered in your analysis of this situation.
You should also outline any strategic recommendations that you would make.
Be sure to answer all relevant case questions (see below) in your write-up.
The write-up should not exceed three pages (double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12 point font, 1 inch margins). See the attached rubric for additional guidance on how this assignment will be graded.
