Please keep in mind that we are discussing concept and target market and your reasons for liking or not liking a particular establishment should focus on that. Do the offerings and characteristics of the establishment appeal to you or not. Please avoid discussing the operational successes or shortcomings of either of your selections. We all hate bad service, but it is certainly not a concept or competitive strategy.
