Celiac’s Disease
Nutrition Research Report & Presentation: Using at least 2 professional/ journal articles and at least 3 other reliable sources, select a nutrition or foods topic of personal interest (see topic ideas presentation in Module/Week 6 for ideas, but there are many others). Minimum of five (5) resources. Do not use your textbook as a resource if we have gone over the information in class. Prepare a written summary (three to five pages) and a 5-6 (limit is 6:30) minute power point presentation with audio recorded. Your paper and speech presentation should NOT be the same………the paper should be written in a formal manner (using formal APA and written in third person), whereas the speech/presentation should be interesting and informative with a strong introduction, summary/ conclusion to support the power point and share the key points you found in your research paper. The presentation can include information in first person as you can share your own experiences, if applicable. The paper and presentation will be due according to the date in the syllabus. Presentation submitted in Discussion #15. Format for the paper will be APA format including a title page (use same APA format as for you article evaluation papers.) Cite sources in APA (6th edition) style.
