8) all materials must have a recognizable author(s) name(s) cited within
9) no use of dictionaries
10) no more than one textbook can be used and must be cited if used
11) should never include press reports or historical narratives( newspapers and magazines)
12) religious books are unacceptable
13) at least 8 reference materials must be consulted and listed in the literature cited section
