Do you agree on the proposal to reverse the 40-60 percentages in IRA sharing system to 60-40 in favor of the LGUs? Defend your answer.
I agree in the reverse proposal of the 40-60 ratio in IRA sharing system to 60-40 in favor of LGUs. LGUs can much more implement their local project and programs when that have more funds in fiscal year. They can innovate more projects
