International Law in developing countries
How does international law both enable and hinder the developing countries. In the essay include existing decisions, resolutions, and conventions of international law.
I think the cases that could best provide evidence are The south china sea and Chagos Archipelago…Feel free to add other cases, that could help to enhance the discussion.
