Discussion 1:
I was not familiar with the Pfizer test. Thank you for sharing this very interesting test. It is basically a numeric test that is reminiscent of the freshman nursing dosage calculation test!
I see where both of these are complementary: cognition and dosing ability.
Schizophrenia medications often cause weight gain. Patients with schizophrenia need continued support and encouragement to continue their medications. Weight gain is a chief reason why patients with schizophrenia self d/c their medications.
As the human genome is further developed, it is hoped that novel treatments will emerge. Although, some would suggest that schizophrenia doesn’t need to be considered ‘abnormal’ in need to treatment.
The book “A Beautiful Mind” brought great light to this way of thinking. Dr. John Nash, featured in the book and film, was labeled “paranoid schizophrenic”. He was an American mathematician that could break codes, and he won the Nobel Prize in Economic in the mid-1990s. Check out his story!

I attached the full-text 38-page document. One of their conclusions is a lack of evidence using teach back for heart failure quality of life and retention of knowledge.
