The People in the City of New York
The constant battle of a police force and the citizens of the state have been ongoing since policing was needed but this new force was founded in 2003. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement started back in 2003 and have now expanded from deporting federal offenders to just taking in all immigration violators since the Trump Administration signed an Executive Order specifying it. The battle is the moral ground of ICE terrorizing the citizens to execute an order of citizens. This leads to question that if the ICE workers are their job. Ice Officers are told that they are only here to take family members away but the officers state that it is not their position to want to separate families but they have a job to complete.
