AIM:The aim of this activity is to investigate if a person going to sleep early, will result in having better short-term memory and reaction time than those who stayed up late.

HYPOTHESIS: For a person with healthy sleeping pattern, will have a positive result in better short-term memory and reaction time compared to those who stayed up late.
