The law of Kenya
The law of Kenya originated from different legal rules. They include the following. Some of the legal rules like the federal system of the government led to the unitary system. Which created unwanted form of legislature. It also resulted from the act of the parliament. There was thus the need to change from a parliament-based legislation system led to the need for a semi-presidential system who is more powerful. The demand for the new constitution also resulted to the creation of different set of rules and regulations. The new provided a democratic government system.
Different substantial amendments and negotiations requirements were also made prior to the need for the referendum which called the need for revision of the constitutional rules and the need for more amendments. The law of Kenya also resulted from constitutional reforms. The drafting of the rules of the constitution led to the formulation of some rules and regulations which needed to cater for the needs of the lives of the citizens.
The Kenyan law also resulted from the judicial precedents which led to formulation of various rules. It also resulted from the act of the UK parliament and the Indian parliament which had favorable conditions that suited the citizens.
