Theoretical Framework. This assignment requires you to submit a 2-3-page APA formatted paper that discusses the Theoretical Framework that will guide your project. Include an adapted Theoretical Model/Diagram/Figure as an appendix following your references. Do not copy and paste a diagram. Include the following in the assignment:
Description of the Theoretical Framework (Precede-Proceed model or Pender Health Promotion)
Discussion of the relationship among the concepts in the Theoretical Framework
Discussion of the relationship between the Theoretical Framework and your proposed project concepts
Diagram of the Theoretical Framework with a depiction of the relationship among tenets of the theory and the concepts of your project. Put the diagram as an appendix following your references.

In women aged between 50 – 70 years with coronary heart disease, does the recommendation of more aggressive treatment impact on their disease prognosis and mortality rates compared to men with coronary heart disease receiving regular treatment?
